The moment your friend joins with your link, it counts. You move up a rank, and they get beta priority so they are invited sooner. You both win.
The ranks
This is what you unlock as friends join.
The number is how many friends you have referred. Your current and next rank always show on your own screen after you join.
What your friend gets
Every friend who joins with your link gets beta priority, so they are invited ahead of people who joined the same day without a link. Same for everyone, no exceptions. Your own founding number never changes, it is simply the order you joined.
About the discounts
Founding 25% off (first 5,000 members)
A code you enter yourself at checkout when we launch. It comes in your welcome email. Good for your first 3 months.
Referral discount (10% or 20% off, for life)
Nothing to enter. It is applied to your account automatically at launch, tied to your email, so sign up with the same one. You earn 10% at 10 referrals and 20% at 25.
They stack
For your first 3 months you get the founding 25% plus your referral discount. So 25% + 10% = 35% off to start, then 10% off for life. Badges and beta access are just yours, nothing to redeem.
Keeping it fair
Referrals count the moment a friend joins. Before any discount is applied at launch, we check signups for obvious abuse (like a batch of fake accounts), so nobody games their way to a reward. Real invites always count.
