Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Clarsky website at www.clarsky.com and the Clarsky waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Clarsky is today
Clarsky is building a mobile control center for AI coding agents. The product is in development. The interactive demo on this site is a guided simulation that illustrates planned features. It does not connect to your agents or run real commands, and the features shown may change before launch.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves a founding member number and lets us contact you about early access. It is not a purchase, and it does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, or that any particular feature will ship.
Founding member offer
Any founding member benefit, including a discount for early members, is a promotional offer made at our discretion. It is subject to availability and to the final terms presented at launch, and we may change or withdraw it before then.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it in an automated or abusive way, submit other people's email addresses without permission, or otherwise misuse the forms.
Intellectual property
The Clarsky name, brand, site, and content are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranty
The site and demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above shows the latest version.
